  7. Take 5 black pepper corn

  11. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  12. Get 1 egg
  13. Take 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  14. Take 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
  15. Get 2 green chillies chopped
  16. Get 1 inch ginger roughly chopped
  17. Get 5 cloves garlic chopped
  18. Get 2 tbsp ghee
Instructions to make Healthy Chicken Shami Kebab:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai and add the whole spices and let them spluter.
  2. Add ginger garlic and saute till the raw smell disappears.
  3. Add the chicken, salt and turmeric and saute for 2 mins.
  4. Then add coriander, mint, green chilies and chick peas and saute for more 10 mins.
  5. Add 2 cups of water and boil the mixture till the chicken and chickpeas are cooked and the water is evaporated.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool down completely.
  7. Then add the egg and grind the mixture to a smooth paste.
  8. Wet your hands and make round shape kebabs of the mixture.
  9. Pan fry the kebabs in the remaining ghee.
  10. Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
  11. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
