  5. Now for plating firstly I laid the lettuce leaves on the plate then put all the salad near the leaves. For trees, I used grated cucumber and broccoli stem (danthal) and for rose flower, I used tomato skin and for sun I used bell pepper. And our Healthy chicken veg salad is ready to serve.
