The ingredients needed to make Chicken Parmesan:
  1. Make ready 1 pound boneless skinless chicken (breast or tenders)
  2. Make ready 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  3. Take 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  4. Get 2 eggs
  5. Get 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  6. Get 2 cups shredded cheese (mozerella or pizza blend)
Instructions to make Chicken Parmesan:
  1. Mix eggs with a fork. In a separate container mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Pound out chicken to approximately 3/4 of an inch thick. Dip each piece of chicken in eggs (cover both sides completely) and the into bread crumb mixture.
  3. In a shallow baking dish pour 1/2 a jar of sauce on the bottom. Place each coated piece of chicken on top of sauce.
  4. Bake uncovered for 20 mins at 350F
  5. After baking for 20 minutes pour additional sauce on top of chicken and top with shredded cheese. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve with spaghetti!
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
