It is also readily available in many ethnic groceries and supermarkets in these areas.

The ingredients needed to make Machaca (My way ^_^):
- Prepare 1 vegetable oil
- Take 1 shredded beef
- Prepare 1 garlic salt
- Make ready 1 dash Black Pepper
- Get 1 chicken flavor bouillon
- Take 1 large Tomatoe
- Get 1 bunch of Cilantro
- Take 1 Anaheim Pepper
- Get 1 water
- Make ready 1 packages Sazon Goya(Tomatoe & Cilantro Flavor)
- Get 1 white onion
Instructions to make Machaca (My way ^_^):
- Make sure you have your shredded beef ready. Also dice up your veggies. And have all the condiments ready.
- Heat up your pan with some oil. Once its heated throw in your shredded beef. ((Sprinkle some Garlic Salt, Chicken Flavor Bouillon, and Black Pepper to season)) **Don't let it fry too much just until its light brown.
- Once meat is light brown. Add all your Veggies and mix it around.
- Once your veggies look cooked (usually about 3-5 mins after tossing them in) make a space in the pan and add some water (About 1/2 a cup)
- Go ahead and throw in the package of Sazón Goya and stir it well with the water you poured in. Once dissolved, mix it around with everything.
- Let it heat a bit. Don't let it cook too much or it will dry up…and you are done!! Enjoy!!
