  5. Add the chopped coriander, mix well, cover the chicken and let it cook under low heat to your satisfaction.
  6. Finally squeeze in the remaining half of the lemon and let the chicken to cook for a minute of two.
  7. Your chicken is now ready to serve with whichever accompaniment you prefer
