- Prepare 200 grams chicken mince
- Prepare Half bunch chopped Coriander/cilantro leaves
- Make ready Small chopped onion
- Take 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes

- Prepare 1 Egg beaten
- Get Samosa pati
- Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- Take pateeli,add oil and ginger garlic paste.
- Add mince,make it saute.
- Saute for at least 1 minute
- Add red chilli flakes,salt and tomatoes.
- Add water as required
- Place it at low flame
- Cover with lid
- Check after 25 minutes.
- Chicken mince should be cooked
- Let it cool.
- Add chopped onion,coriander /cilantro leaves into qeema
- Take Samosa pati,add qeema filling.
- Wrap Samosa pati and brush with beaten egg
- Pre-heat oil.
- Add qeema Samosa one by one into oil.
- Make it light brown.
- Serve with ketchup,sauce or chutney.
- Enjoy
