The ingredients needed to make Qeema Samosa:
  1. Prepare 200 grams chicken mince
  2. Prepare Half bunch chopped Coriander/cilantro leaves
  3. Make ready Small chopped onion
  4. Take 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  5. Take Salt as per taste
  6. Prepare Oil as per required
  7. Prepare 1 Egg beaten
  8. Get Samosa pati
  9. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Prepare 1 chopped tomato
Steps to make Qeema Samosa:
  1. Take pateeli,add oil and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add mince,make it saute.
  3. Saute for at least 1 minute
  4. Add red chilli flakes,salt and tomatoes.
  5. Add water as required
  6. Place it at low flame
  7. Cover with lid
  8. Check after 25 minutes.
  9. Chicken mince should be cooked
  10. Let it cool.
  11. Add chopped onion,coriander /cilantro leaves into qeema
  12. Take Samosa pati,add qeema filling.
  13. Wrap Samosa pati and brush with beaten egg
  14. Pre-heat oil.
  15. Add qeema Samosa one by one into oil.
  16. Make it light brown.
  17. Serve with ketchup,sauce or chutney.
  18. Enjoy
