- I use a different sauce each time I cook. Packets sauces can be found in any supermarket
- Stir and remove everything into another bowl
- Add a tablespoon and a half of oil to wok. Then add noodles (I used egg noodles)
- Cook for a minute, add the ingredients from the other bowl. Add the sauce. Add chilli oil to preference. Add 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- Cook for around 5 minutes….Stiring constantly.
- Plate and serve.
