  1. First chop garlic, ginger and green chilli together. So they get all mixed up.
  2. Then make deep cuts in chicken then add black pepper and salt along with chopped vegetables (as mentioned above). Leave for 20 mins
  3. After 20 mins add the red wine vingar and oyster sauce. Mix well and add the olives and onion (cubes).
  4. Heat the oven. Glaze it with olive oil and keep in the oven for about 1 hour.
  5. Enjoy with what ever you like. I usually like it with egg.
