  12. Thicken the juices with Cornflour add to a little cold water and a small pinch of Cayenne pepper, this add that little extra taste to the sauce
  13. Heat up the sauce and add the corn flour when hot.
  14. The taste is Lemony with a little heat.
  15. When the chicken is cooked leave for 20 minutes before carving.
  16. Serve with the sauce
