  1. Follow the dough recipe exactly as in my "Vareniki" recipe.
  2. The filling: Mix well all the ingredients.
  3. Flatten the dough very thin and cut small circles.
  4. Put a generous tsp of the filling in the middle of every circle and close well.
  5. Boil water in a pan and add 1 tsp salt .
  6. Cook the Pilmeni till soft . ( they should be on the top of the water at this stage)
  7. Drain the water and mix with a little butter if you like , serve with sour cream and fried onions .
  8. Bonapetite!
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
