Steps to make Chicken Shashlick:
  1. Heat oil in a woke
  2. Add chopped garlic and fry for a minute
  3. Next add boneless chicken cubes and fry for two minutes
  4. Cover and cook boneless chicken until tender on medium flame.stir after intervals
  5. When chicken is tender increase flame to dry excess water
  6. When water dries up add chicken stock
  7. Add all the other spices including soya sauce,vinegar,chili sauce,salt,black pepper,white pepper , red chili powder and ketchup.
  8. cook on low flame
  9. Bring two boil and then add corn flour dissolved in one cup water
  10. If you want it extra thick add more corn flour dissolved in water or for slight running gravy don't add all the corn flour dissolved in water
  11. The amount of corn flour dissolve in water should be added according to your requirements
  12. Bring it two boil then decrease flame and add cubed capsicum
  13. Mix well and close flame
  14. Serve with hot fried rice
  15. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
