The ingredients needed to make Chicken 65:
  1. Make ready 600 gms Boneless Chicken cut into small pieces
  2. Make ready 3/4 cup Curd
  3. Make ready 1 small Lemon juice (optional)
  4. Get 1.5 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  5. Prepare 10-12 Curry leaves chopped
  6. Take 1.5 Tsp Roasted Cummin powder
  7. Get 1 Tsp Freshly grounded Black peppercorns
  8. Take as per taste Salt
  9. Take 2-3 tbsps Rice flour
  10. Make ready 2 tbsps Cornflour (optional)
  11. Take 2 tbsps Maida / All-purpose Flour (optional)
  12. Prepare as per need Oil to deep fry
  13. Take For Tempering
  14. Get 3 tbsps Veg oil or as per need
  15. Take 3-4 Garlic Grated
  16. Make ready 3-4 Fresh Chillies slitted
  17. Prepare as required Few Curry Leaves
  18. Get 1 pinch or two of freshly grounded black peppercorns
Instructions to make Chicken 65:
  1. Mix all ingredients except the oil, rice flour, Cornflour and All-purpose flour & tempering ingredients with the chicken pieces and let it marinate for 2 hours. Then Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
  2. Mix in the flours too and deep fry till it's crisp and golden brown in colour. Fry it in batches. Do not overcrowd the oil. Once all chicken pieces are fried, take a pan and heat oil, add in the garlic and chillies and once it starts becoming nutty brown add in the curry leaves and grounded black pepper saute for few seconds, then add in the fried chicken and toss it. Put it in a serving plate and serve hot !
  3. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
