  1. Heat oil and butter in a pot or kadai, add the whole spices first, once it crackles add the onion and saute for 5 minutes.Add chicken pieces and bhunno for another 10 minutes, add ginger garlic paste in the process.
  2. Add the tough vegetables like Potato, papaya and carrot and bhunno it. Add salt. Pepper and turmeric, mix well and add hot water and boil it.
  3. When Vegetables are cooked by 80-90% add the beans and boil further and cook till the chicken and vegetables are tender and well cooked. Adjust the quantity of soup. Check salt. Serve hot with chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of Freshly crushed Black Peppercorns.
  4. For Basil Garlic Bread Slice the Baguette or Bread. Chop the garlic and fresh basil, mix both with butter or Extra Virgin Olive oil whatever you prefer. Apply on the bread slice with a silicon brush. Toast both sides on a preheated tawa, pan or griddle till it's golden brown. Serve warm!
