- Peel the potato, wash it with water & cut it into medium pieces (thickness= 1,5cm)
- Fill the lower part of the steamer with water (1/4), put the the potato in the upper part of the steamer add herbs & salt
- Let it steam on medium heat for about 40 mins
- Spread the butter+ dijon mustard +hot pepper+ salt on both sides of the chicken breast
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, put the marinated chiken. When it starts to dry add some water (1 to 2 TBS) to keep the chicken from burning flip it to cook the other side when it gets brown (add water as needed
- When it dries (both sides of the chicken are coocked) add some water with half a TSP of butter & vring to 1 boil.. spill the sauce over the steamed potatoes. Enjoy.
