Instructions to make Chicken Salad:
- Wash shredded chicken and put in pot with 1/4 litre of water
- Slice onions thinly and add to pot of chixken. Also add garlic, ginger, black pepper, seasoning and salt into the pot if chicken and boil for 5 minutes or until cooked. Drain out chucken stock and set chicken aside to cool off.
- Wash the cucumber, lettuce, carrot, lettuce with salt and luke warm water thoroughly
- Using a grater slice the cucumber, carrot, lettuce and carrots thinly.
- Mix the sliced vegetable with a handful of shredded chicken and sweet corn.
- Serve with mayonnaise and eat.
