  1. Make ready 300 gms Chicken - 300 gms drumsticks and wings preferably
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp Pepper Corns coarsely grounded
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  5. Get Salt as per taste
  6. Take 2-3 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make Chicken Pepper Salt:
  1. Take the chicken, add half of the coarsely grounded pepper, chilli flakes, salt and soya suace. Mix well and keep aside this for sometime.
  2. Now take a pan add 2-3 tbsp oil, lay the chicken and shallow roast the chicken in low heat. Flip over and roast the other side too. Take out and keep aside. Continue with the rest of the chicken pieces.
  3. Next take all the roasted chicken in the same pan and add the remaining pepper and roast for 2-3 mins in medium high heat mixing it well and take off the heat.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
