The ingredients needed to make Breakfast Pizza:
  1. Prepare 1 Pizza dough (1/2 of the amount from the recipe linked) (see recipe)
  2. Make ready as required Cheese sauce for pizza
  3. Make ready 2 chicken breakfast sausages
  4. Take 2 eggs (one per person)
  5. Make ready as required Cherry tomatotes (as per liking)
  6. Prepare As needed mozzarella cheese around 80gms (can be added as per taste)
  7. Get 1/2 tsp grounded black pepper
  8. Get 1/4 Tsp salt (sprinkle on top of the eggs)
  9. Get 1 tsp Fresh or dry parsley
  10. Take as required Onion few slices (optional)
Instructions to make Breakfast Pizza:
  1. Pre-heat the oven/ microwave at highest possible temperature for 30 mins.
  2. Cut the sausages and tomatoes, break the eggs in a bowl separate the yolks and the white. Bacons can also be used just chop or slice it up and add.
  3. Spread the dough into shape of a a pizza. Cover the bottom of the pizza pan with semolina flour/ all-purpose flour/ semolina. Put the pizza base in the pizza tray. 1. Apply 2 tbspn cheese sauce on top of it. 2. Tear up 80% of the mozzarella and apply on top of the cheese sauce. You can grate and apply too
    1. Add the toppings sausages tomatoes 4. egg yolks. 5. Ground pepper and salt on top of the yolks. 6. The left over mozzarella on top. Grated or teared. 7. Last but not least the parsley
  4. Place the tray in hot oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 900W. Enjoy with a hot cup of tea
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
