  21. Take Grounded scotch bonnet and garlic
  22. Make ready Turmeric
  23. Make ready Biryani Masala

Instructions to make Biryani Rice:
  1. Slice onion and fry until golden brown
  2. Marinate chicken with all ingredients and refrigerate for about 30 mins
  3. Parboil rice with 2 cardamom
  4. In a pan add 1/3 cup oil. Grounded ginger, white n black pepper, turmeric, cumin, bay leaf, seasoning and stir
  5. Add marinated chicken, biryani masala, parsley, and half the yogurt and stir after about 5 mins,
  6. Cover pot well with foil paper. Add drop of yellow food color to remaining half yogurt
  7. After chicken is soft add the remaining yogurt then add half the rice, peppers, and stir well then add the fried onion
  8. Cover and allow for about 3 mins add the remaining white rice but don’t stir
  9. On the coal and Using a small foil paper put in rice and add few drops of oil and close IMMEDIATELY. (For the smokey taste)
  10. Stir gently to retain the white color and you’re done ☑️
  11. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
