- Prepare 3 Packs regular sized Indomie Noodles

- Take 1 Medium Sized Green pepper, thinly sliced, no seeds
- Make ready 2 Small Sized Onions, finely chopped
- Make ready 1 tbsp grounded pepper
- Take 3 Pieces Chicken Franks, sliced in smaller pieces

Instructions to make Stir Fried Noodles:
- Bring water to boil with a lil dash of Olive oil, add the noodles. Cook for 3 - 4 mins
- Meanwhile, heat the Olive oil in a large frying pan, then stir-fry the carrot, onions, chicken franks, and green pepper over high heat for 2-3 mins. Start with the carrot to soften it and end with the green pepper.
- Add the grounded pepper, 2 sachets of the Indomie noodles spice and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Drain the noodles thoroughly, add to the pan with the other mix then stir-fry for 2 mins.
- Mix together and serve immediately.
