Steps to make Sate Ayam Madura:
  1. Prepare marinated sauce: Mix lime juice, garlic and pepper. Grind them with a blender or a mortar.
  2. Mix the mixture above to the diced chickens
  3. Marinate the chicken by keeping in the fridge. We’ll take out the chicken later
  4. Grind (using a blender or a mortar) all the ingredients in “ground spices”
  5. Prep the peanut sauce and mix it with the “ground spices”
  6. Stir fry peanut sauce and ground spices
  7. Add water to the pan until sauce is thickened and you can start seeing oil. Put away from heat and put it on the side.
  8. Take out chicken from the fridge and start sticking them onto wooden sticks
  9. Mix peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce and margarine. Use this mixture to brush all over the chickens, make sure to mix it evenly.
  10. On a non-stick grill pan, grill the chicken sticks and turn them around regularly. Use leftover sauce to add more sauce to the chickens.
  11. Take out from the heat once the chickens are fully cooked. Sprinkle with cut red onions, chilli sand sweet soy sauce to add more flavours
  12. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
